AV Technician- Immersive Experience Center (Brussels)

You will work at a fixed location in the heart of Brussels City.

The job gives you stability for a longer period of time.

Working hours between 10am and 9pm in a variable hourly schedule (week-, holidays and weekends)

Fulltime or parttime work negotiable.

Different terms and type of contracts are negotiable.

A thorough onboarding and training is provided according to requirements.


You will be working for one of the key players in the development and distribution of Immersive Experiences worldwide.

The Job:

  • You are responsible for day-to-day technical organisation and operations.

  • You start the day by configuring and thoroughly checking the venue, identifying and reporting technical problems.

  • You will maintain, repair and modernise technical equipment, including lighting systems, sound systems, video systems and special effects.

  • You ensure that all technical work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.

  • You operate the show control system that underpins the entire experience and ensure that guests remain fully immersed in this total experience.

  • You participate in the communication flow on site and follow the internal procedure for maintaining the logbook and handover forms.

  • You work with various departments to support the overall customer experience and efficiency of the venue.


Your Offer:


You can demonstrate an advanced knowledge of sound, lighting, video and special effect techniques.

You preferably have previous experience in theatre, entertainment, film, media or events.

You have knowledge of Qlab, ETC EOS, Dante.

>> At least one of these is preferred!


You have a sense of technique and logic in the way you solve problems and carry out day-to-day work.

You are able to remain calm while working under pressure. You can solve problems on the spot.

You can think and act independently, but know when a problem needs to be passed on to a supervisor or other department.

You have tremendous adaptability to constantly changing situations and working environments.

>> No day is the same!


You communicate fluently and correctly with colleagues from different departments, supervisors, occasionally with customers, etc.

You do this in English or French (Dutch is a plus).
