scaffer/climber (with own car) - stage construction at events & festivals

For the upcoming summer season, we are looking for additional scaffolding crew to join our team in different regions.

From construction to dismantling of small to large festival stage, installing decoration materials, set-up of tents and floors, installing light & sound equipment, setting up bars at festivals and so much more.

>> Do you have previous experience in (stage) construction, event logistics, scaffolding, metal construction, sportive climbing or other?

Your Offer:

You have initial experience in (rock) climbing, scaffolding, stage building or set-up and dismantling of festivals, stages, decor constructions etc.

You are very fit and able to perform long shifts physically demanding work.

You are not afraid to work on extreme heights up to 50m and more.

You are flexible in working hours and location.

You can move smoothly to the site with a own car.

You have good technical and logical reasoning skills.

You can work independently, but can also easily follow instructions from the Crew Chief.

You preferably have own climbing equipment (full harness, helmet, safety shoes, scaffolding hammer, etc.).

You have knowledge of the Dutch or English language.

Additional certificates are definitely a plus; VCA, forklift, elevator, working at height, scaffolding, etc.

The Job:

• You help with stage construction at events and festivals.

• You manually load and unload materials from the truck.

• You are involved in connecting different types of metal constructions; knock-in/out trusses, scaffolding, layher, afix and more.

• You mainly work outdoors in a physically demanding job.

• You also connect cables, ropes and all kinds of technical materials at different heights.

• You carry out minor repair work if necessary.

• You work with the necessary climbing equipment if you carry out work at height.
